Who We Are
Our Telepscyhiatry Practice
Brighter Pathways offers it's patients effective outpatient, individualized care, including medication management and talk therapy. Our focus is to help the individual achieve their personal goals for their own mental health by addressing the biopsychosocial needs. We treat a number of mental health disorders, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar, schizophrenia, personality disorders, autism and OCD.

Our focus is to help individuals improve their mental health and quality of life, as well as to heal and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral, non judgmental, safe space and listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.

Who I am
My name is Linda Modelfino, I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner, board certified. My journey began in critical care, my career has taken me though many different paths; clinical, management, teaching and psychiatry. I provide care through the lifespan, however children and adolescents are my specialty. I provide supportive therapy and talk therapy along with medication management. The importance of an accurate diagnosis can not be overstated, this assists in narrowing down appropriate treatments options. My theory on medications has been and always will be that less is more. My practice focuses on prescribing the least amount of medication at the lowest effective doses. At Brighter Pathways, you will be a significant part of your treatment plan. I believe that listening to your patients is of utmost importance. You will have someone to reach out to in between appointments so that you don't feel alone in this journey.
